Couple found fatally shot in their apartment in suspected murder-suicide

A couple were reportedly found shot dead in a Bronx apartment Tuesday night in an apparent murder-suicide, Andrea Cantarini, 37, and her so-far-unidentified 38-year-old boyfriend were found with fatal gunshot wounds to their heads inside Cantarini’s apartment on Blackstone Avenue in Riverdale around 9 p.m., the NYPD said. It appears the boyfriend shot and killed Cantarini before he turned the gun on himself, sources said. The suspected murderer’s identity was still being withheld Wednesday morning pending family notification of his death, police said. Police had rushed to the apartment around 9 p.m. after receiving a call from Cantarini’s father, who claimed her boyfriend was trying to kill her, sources told The Post. A gun was recovered at the scene, sources said.  The post Couple found fatally shot in their apartment in suspected murder-suicide appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
